A room will soon be available in our cozy shared flat - and we're looking for YOU as a new flatmate! 🏠✨

We are Noah (19), Joel (25), Nathalie (22), Lea (20) and Frederike (23) - a cheerful mix of professionals and students. There is always something going on with us: whether swimming, soccer, gym or creative hobbies such as drawing and sewing - it never gets boring 🎨⚽🏊‍♀️💪

We love doing things together - whether it's an evening in the bar, a trip to the movies, a relaxed visit to a café or simply planning our next travel destination ✈️🍿☕🌍

What's important to us? We're not looking for a purpose-built flat share - but someone who wants to live together as friends 🤗🫶
For us, a bit of order and good cooperation are simply part of it 🧼🧹✨

Room

The apartment is 140 sqm in total and is located on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building, very close to the TUHH 🏡📍

The light-flooded room was freshly renovated only a year ago ✨, is approx. 13 sqm in size and has a beautiful floorboard - real old building flair included! 😍 As the room is unfurnished, you can furnish it entirely to your taste and create your own feel-good space 🛋️

You'll find everything you need in the spacious kitchen: dishwasher, large fridge and even the washing machine is located right here 🍽️🧼🧺

Our communal area is located in the hallway - where we have set up a cozy seating area with a TV. Perfect for chilling out, chatting or watching movies together 📺☕🛋️

The day-lit full bathroom offers enough space for all your bathroom utensils 🛁✨ There is also a guest WC 🚽👍

The additional costs? Don't worry - everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent! 😊📦

Our shared flat is located in the beautiful Hamburg-Harburg district 🏙️🌳
Everything you need for your daily needs - whether supermarket, drugstore or bakery - can be found just around the corner 🛒🥐

Harburg city center is also easy to reach and invites you to stroll around with numerous stores, cafés and shopping opportunities in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center 🛍️☕👟

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the sand 🥕🍎

The bus stop is just a few steps away 🚶‍♀️🚏 - the bus leaves every 6 minutes and takes you to Harburg station in just 10 minutes. From there, you can take the S-Bahn (S3/S31) to Hamburg Central Station in around 12 minutes 🚆💨

Heimfeld station and the TUHH can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes 🎓👣
For those who like to travel: Long-distance trains also stop at Hamburg-Harburg station - perfect for traveling or visiting home ✈️🧳
