We work or study and like to do sports in our free time (jogging, bouldering, gym). In the evenings we like to read or cook.

Room

The apartment, in which the offered room is located, has a total of 4 rooms and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
The bright room is very spacious with 24 square meters! Since it is unfurnished, you have here wonderful opportunity to furnish according to your own wishes and needs. You can create a sleeping and living or working area. There are no limits to your creativity.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area. From here also the balcony leaves, which can be used by all residents. The bathroom is functional with and invites you to take a relaxing bath or shower.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. It is included in the rent, just like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30.
