We are Luisa (25), Jannes (23) and Anastasia (20).

We are all working or studying and like to be active in sports in our free time. Dancing, fitness and volleyball, for example, sometimes we also read a book or deal with music. In the evening we organize together, sometimes a cozy Netflix evening.
We would be happy about an open-minded and sympathetic person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and a desire to live in a community. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located has a total of 4 rooms and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
The bright room is very spacious with 24 sqm! Since it is unfurnished, you have the wonderful opportunity here to set up according to your own wishes and needs. You can create a sleeping and living or working area. There are no limits to your creativity.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a comfortable seating area. From here the balcony also departs, which can be used by all residents. The bathroom is functional and invites you to take a relaxing bath or shower.
