We are Christian (21), Marek (18), Salome (24), Valentin (23), Fabien (19) and again Salome (18) ;-)

We are students and professionals looking for friendly and open-minded people with a healthy sense of cleanliness.
We are a mixed bunch and so far we have all enjoyed living together as 7 people. In our free time we are all active in sports (soccer, basketball, surfing, climbing, diving, weight training, hiking) and also like to party. We also super like to cook together in our big communal kitchen or sit together in the evenings and chat about this and that. We are not a sworn team and are looking forward to someone new who also brings some hobbies and wants to discover Hamburg together with us. We are always in a good mood and look forward to meeting someone new.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Harburg and extends over 2 floors, which also has no slopes above.
The bright room has about 14 sqm and can, since is unfurnished, be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The room is located in the upper part of the apartment, where also a bathroom with shower invites you to relax and get ready. The kitchen is downstairs, equipped with a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and of course oven and has a cozy sitting area. The washing machine is located in the downstairs bathroom. This daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has enough space for needed utensils.

There are no additional service charges. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat), included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The offered room is located directly at the Harburger-City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 5 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 500 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
