Moin dear seekers. In our beautiful 4-room shared flat, a room will be available on 01.08. or earlier and 01.06. or immediately.
We are Tobias (21) and Tim (21). We would be delighted to have a personable and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we like to do sports and are passionate about music. Celebrate or travel. We also like to chill out and sit together in the kitchen :)

Room

The apartment is so exceptionally cut that it is perfect as a shared flat. It is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built apartment building in beautiful Harburger Binnenhafen. The room is about 16 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished according to your own wishes and needs.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the package rental, such as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.

Location

The offered room is located right next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger inland port, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' also has a special charm (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30). In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, a few meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
