A room is opening up in our awesome shared apartment—maybe it’s just for you! 🏡

We’re Amelie (19), Fiona (21), and Lena (20), and we’re either studying or working 📚💼. In our free time, we like to go out, work out, hang out with friends, make music 🎶, or just enjoy life together ✨.

🍝Every now and then, we cook together, try out new recipes, or spend a relaxing evening with tea, wine, or a cold drink ☕🍷. We love to chat, laugh, and share the latest stories 🫶.

What’s important to us:
We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a harmonious and friendly living situation. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is open, friendly, and easygoing 😊✨. Maybe you’ll bring an exciting hobby 🎨🎸🏃‍♀️ or your favorite recipe 🍜🍰 with you—and are just as eager for a pleasant living environment as we are.

Room

The 114 m² apartment is located on the 4th floor (don’t worry—there’s an elevator! 🚀) and is situated in the beautiful Harburg inland harbor 🌊. On top of that, there’s a great rooftop terrace available to all residents 🌇☀️.

Your future room is about 16 m² and, thanks to the large windows, wonderfully bright and inviting 🌞. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate and furnish it exactly to your taste 🛋️.

The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with everything a cook’s heart desires 🍝🍳: a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and an exhaust hood are all included. The spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment is located in the adjacent storage room—super convenient! 🧊🧺

There are two modern and well-designed bathrooms 🚿🧼—perfect for starting your day feeling fresh and relaxed 🌅.

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! TV 📺, internet (LAN & Wi-Fi) 📶, and phone 📞 are already included in the flat-rate rent. Just move in and make yourself at home! 🏠💛

Location

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Elbe 🌊, in the charming Harburg inland port - and just a stone's throw from Harburg city center 🏙️.

You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs very close by 🛒🥦 - all within easy walking distance. Harburg city center with the popular Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center offers you a large selection of stores, cafés and everything your heart desires 🛍️☕🍕

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the "Sand" 🧺🍎 and the organic weekly market just a 10-minute walk away!

The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also very close by 🎓🌍. It enjoys a great international reputation and attracts students from all over the world 🌐📚.

The south of Hamburg combines the best of both worlds: a central location 🧭 and living close to nature 🌳💚. The Harburg city park with the large outdoor mill pond, the Haake or Meyers Park - you can easily reach them all by bike 🚲 or bus 🚌 in just a few minutes.

And you also have excellent transport connections! From Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station (just a few minutes' walk from the apartment 👣), lines S3 and S31 take you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🚆 in around 15 minutes.
