A room is opening up in our awesome shared apartment—maybe it’s just right for you! 🏡

We’re Amelie (19), Fiona (21), and Lena (20), and we’re either studying or working. In our free time, we like to go out, play sports, hang out with friends, make music 🎶, or just enjoy life together ✨.

🍝Every now and then, we cook together, try out new recipes, or spend a relaxing evening with some tea, wine, or a cold drink 🍷. We love to chat, laugh, and share the latest stories 🫶.

What’s important to us:
We’re not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but rather a harmonious and friendly living situation. That’s why we’re looking for someone who is open, friendly, and easygoing 😊. Maybe you’ll bring an exciting hobby or your favorite recipe 🍰 with you—and are just as eager for a pleasant living environment as we are.

Room

The 114 m² apartment is located on the 4th floor (don’t worry—there’s an elevator! 🚀) and is situated in the beautiful Harburg Inner Harbor 🌊. On top of that, there’s a great rooftop terrace available to all residents 🌇.

Your future room is about 16 m² and, thanks to the large windows, wonderfully bright and cheerful 🌞. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate and furnish it exactly to your taste 🛋️.

The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with everything a cook’s heart desires 🍝: a dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an exhaust hood are all included. The spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment is located in the adjacent storage room—super convenient!

There are two modern and well-designed bathrooms 🚿🧼—perfect for starting your day feeling fresh and relaxed 🌅.

And best of all: there are no additional utility costs! TV 📺, internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 📶, and phone 📞 are already included in the flat-rate rent. Just move in and make yourself at home! 💛

Location

The apartment is located right on the beautiful Elbe River 🌊, in the charming Harburg inland harbor—and just a stone's throw from downtown Harburg 🏙️.

You’ll find shopping and grocery stores for your daily needs right nearby 🛒🥦—all within easy walking distance. Harburg’s downtown area, with the popular Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden, and the Phoenix Center, offers a wide selection of shops, cafés, and everything your heart desires.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand” 🧺 and the organic weekly market, just about a 10-minute walk away!

The Hamburg-Harburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also very close by 🌍. It enjoys an excellent international reputation and attracts students from all over the world 📚.

Southern Hamburg combines the best of both worlds: a central location 🧭 and living close to nature 🌳. Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond, the Haake, or Meyers Park—you can easily reach all of these by bike 🚲 or bus 🚌 in just a few minutes.

And you’re also very well connected when it comes to public transportation! From the Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station (just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment), lines S3 and S31 will take you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🚆 in about 15 minutes.
