A room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat - and we're looking for YOU! 🎉

We are Lena (19), Kaja (21) and Fiona (20) - working and/or studying 📚💼. We like to be active in our free time: whether bouldering 🧗‍♀️, horse riding 🐎, making music 🎶 or simply meeting friends 👯‍♀️ - there's always something going on with us.

Sometimes we also cook together 🍝🥗 or end the evening with a drink 🍷🫖. You are welcome to chat, laugh and relax 😄✨.

What's important to us: We're not looking for a purely functional flat share ❌, but someone who really suits us ❤️ - someone who perhaps has an exciting hobby or a delicious recipe 🍜🎨 and a good sense of cleanliness 🧼✨ 😉

Room

The 114 m² apartment is on the 4th floor (don't worry - it has an elevator! 🚀) and is located in the beautiful Harburg inland port 🌊. On top of that, there's a great roof terrace, which is available to all residents 🌇☀️.

Your future room is approx. 16 m² in size and wonderfully bright and friendly thanks to the large windows 🌞. As it is unfurnished, you can design and furnish it entirely to your taste 🎨🛋️.

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with everything your cooking heart desires 🍝🍳: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood are included. The spacious fridge with freezer compartment is located in the adjoining storage room - super practical! 🧊🧺

There are two modern and well thought-out bathrooms 🚿🧼 - perfect for a fresh and relaxed start to the day 🌅🙂.

And best of all: there are no additional costs! TV 📺, internet (LAN & WLAN) 📶 and telephone 📞 are already included in the all-inclusive rent. Simply move in and feel at home! 🏠💛

Location

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Elbe 🌊, in the charming Harburg inland port - and just a stone's throw from Harburg city center 🏙️.

You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs very close by 🛒🥦 - all within easy walking distance. Harburg city center with the popular Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center offers you a large selection of stores, cafés and everything your heart desires 🛍️☕🍕

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the "Sand" 🧺🍎 and the organic weekly market just a 10-minute walk away!

The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also very close by 🎓🌍. It enjoys a great international reputation and attracts students from all over the world 🌐📚.

The south of Hamburg combines the best of both worlds: a central location 🧭 and living close to nature 🌳💚. The Harburg city park with the large outdoor mill pond, the Haake or Meyers Park - you can easily reach them all by bike 🚲 or bus 🚌 in just a few minutes.
