Room

The 114 sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor, with elevator, in the beautiful Harburg inland harbor with roof terrace for all residents of the house.

The room is about 16 sqm and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and associated extractor hood. The large refrigerator with freezer compartment is located in the adjacent storage room.
The two bathrooms are modern and practical, with shower and washing area one has ideal possibilities to start the day fresh.

Service charges do not apply. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The apartment is located next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
