Our cozy shared apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming older apartment building in Harburg-Wilstorf—quiet, green, and yet well-connected! 🌳

The room is 17 square meters and unfurnished. The large windows let in plenty of natural light ☀️, and together with the beautiful hardwood floors, they create a truly cozy atmosphere.
With a little creativity 💡, you can set up a great living, sleeping, and workspace here! 🛋️🛏️

🍽️ The modern kitchen is fully equipped with:

a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment ❄️
a dishwasher 🍽️
a washing machine 🧺
In the cozy sitting area, you can wind down the evening together or start the day ☕🍝 – shared living at its best! ✨

🛁 A bathtub awaits you in the bathroom for some relaxation 🛀 – plus there’s an extra guest bathroom.

Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent – including TV 📺 and internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 🌐.
