we are Julia (20) Commercial assistant from Groß Nordende, Mara (20) trainee MFA from Rendsburg and Emily (27) retail clerk from Hamburg.
In our free time we like to do sports, go running, listen to music and do things with friends. Since we, Julia and Mara, are both not from Hamburg, we are already busy discovering the city. Maybe you want to join.
We are looking forward to a new person who is open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
The apartment is so special and ideally cut that it is perfect as a shared flat. It is located on the 2nd floor of a newly built apartment building in beautiful Harburg inland port.
The room is about 17 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished according to your own wishes and needs.
In the large kitchen with dishwasher and sitting area, the residents can end the day together.
Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in the bathroom with a bathtub.
There are no additional costs. They are included in the package rental, such as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.
The offered room is located right next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger inland port, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' also has a special charm (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30). In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. The Harburg City park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.
From Harburg-Rathaus Station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
