Newly founded - unfurnished 14 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.03. in Hamburg Harburg

Hello everyone. All rooms in our shared flat of 3 will be vacant. 2 on 01.12. and one on 01.02.

As everyone is moving in at almost the same time, you have the chance to start a new life in a shared flat :) Mattis and Oleksii have already decided on 01.12.

Our aim is not to make it a flat-sharing community, but to have a nice life together with people who fit together well, are friendly and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Maybe you can also bring someone with you who wants to move in with you, no problem ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building centrally in Harburg, 400 meters from the S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus.
The light-flooded room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows and is approx. 14 sqm in size. It can be furnished according to your own taste as it is rented unfurnished. It also has stucco and a beautiful plank floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a cozy seating area. The bathroom has a shower and plenty of space for the necessary utensils.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 5-minute walk away.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 400 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You will also be moving into your room alone and have no pets.
