Hey everyone,

We are Oleksii (22) and Timo (26). We both work and in our free time you can often find us playing sports (gym or basketball). We also like to read, listen to music or play games.

It's important to us that we're not a partnership of convenience, but have a friendly, open life together, where we can cook together, chat or simply spend time together - without any pressure. At the same time, everyone should have their own space and a healthy sense of cleanliness would be great so that everyone feels comfortable.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building centrally in Harburg, only 400 meters from the S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus 🚆.

The light-flooded room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows 🌞 and approx. 14 sqm in size. It can be furnished according to your own taste, as it is rented unfurnished. It also impresses with stucco decorations and a beautiful plank floor ✨.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need 🍳 and has a cozy seating area that invites you to spend evenings together. The bathroom has a shower 🚿 and offers enough space for the utensils you need.

You don't have to worry about the utilities 💪. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access 📶.

Location

The room is located directly in Harburg city center and offers you a perfect mix of urban life and good connections. Shopping facilities 🛒 for your daily needs are just around the corner. There is a large selection of stores 🛍️, cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍽️ in the nearby Harburg city center - especially in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center.

✨ Highlight: The popular Harburg weekly market on the sand 🌿 offers fresh food and regional products from Monday to Saturday (08:00 - 13:30). The organic weekly market also takes place on Wednesdays from 15:00 - 18:30 - just a 5-minute walk away!
