We’re Malte (21), Sarah (24), and Livia (20), and we’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy shared apartment in Hamburg 🏡.

🏀 In our free time, we like to stay active—whether playing basketball, going on nature outings 🌳, or working on creative projects. We also love cooking together 🍝, then sitting around afterward to chat or enjoy a relaxing movie night 🎬.

It’s important to us that our shared apartment is more than just a functional living arrangement. We want a home where you feel comfortable, can connect with others, share wonderful moments together, and still have plenty of space for yourself 🌟.

This cozy apartment features beautiful hardwood floors that give every room a special old-building charm ✨.

The rooms are unfurnished, so you can decorate them exactly according to your own ideas and needs 🛋️.

Room 1: 11.5 sqm = 639 EUR
Room 2: 18 sqm = 679 EUR
Room 3: 18 sqm = 679 EUR
Room 4: 16 sqm = 669 EUR

In the inviting shared kitchen, you’ll find a cozy seating area where you can relax. There’s also a washing machine and a dishwasher available here—for added convenience in your daily life.

The shower room has a window, making it pleasantly bright and cheerful ☀️.

You don’t have to worry about utility bills. The costs for TV, internet (LAN & Wi-Fi), and other utilities are already included in the rent ✔️.

The southern part of Hamburg perfectly combines a central location with living close to nature 🌳. The 🛍️ Phoenix Center is right nearby, offering excellent amenities with numerous shopping options, restaurants, cafés, and various medical offices.

🌿 Just a few minutes away are the popular recreational areas of Außenmühlenteich and Harburger Stadtpark. Here, you can enjoy relaxing walks, go on bike rides, or simply experience nature. In the summer, the lake and green spaces also invite you to go swimming 🏖️ and boating 🚣.

🎓 The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also within easy walking distance, making the location particularly attractive for students and staff.
