Room

The apartment is 95 square meters in total and is located on the top floor of an apartment building—in a quiet, child-friendly street in Hamburg-Heimfeld 🚸🌳.

The rooms range from 17 to 19 square meters in size, feature beautiful laminate flooring, and are unfurnished. 🛋️

Room 1 – 17 sqm for 659 EUR
Room 2 – 17 sqm for 659 EUR
Room 3 – 19 sqm for 669 EUR
Room 4 – 17.5 sqm for 659 EUR

The modern built-in kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area—perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕🍝.

The kitchen opens directly onto the balcony, which is ideal for relaxing.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub plus shower and plenty of space for all your toiletries 🧴🪥

And the best part: there are no additional fees! 🙌 Internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 🌐 is already included in the flat-rate rent—it’s all easy and stress-free! 😊

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Heimfeld - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center of Hamburg-Harburg and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The public transport connections 🚆 are great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to get away from it all 🌿, Heimfeld is also close to the countryside: the "Heimfelder Forst" or "Meyers Park" are just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes' walk away - and from there you can be in the middle of Hamburg city center in no time at all 🌆!
