The shared apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building.

Your room:
10 m², bright, and unfurnished—perfect for decorating it just the way you like and creating your own personal sanctuary 🖼️

Common Area:
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need—including a dishwasher. In the cozy sitting area, you can eat together or just hang out and chat ☕

The bathrooms are modern, clean, and perfect for a relaxing shower—there’s plenty of space for all your belongings 🧼

All-inclusive:
The flat-rate rent covers all utilities and high-speed internet—no extra costs, no stress ✅

Central & green—the perfect location in Hamburg-Harburg 🌳

Harburg City Park, with the Außenmühlenteich pond, is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for relaxing or taking a stroll 🌿

Right on your doorstep: the Phoenix Center, plenty of restaurants, cafés, and all the essential amenities for daily life 🛍️

The TUHH is also nearby and easily accessible—perfect for students 🎓

Tip: The Harburg weekly market at Sand (Mon–Sat) and the organic weekly market (Wed) are about a 15-minute walk away.

Transportation:
From the Hamburg-Harburg train station, you can reach downtown Hamburg in just a few minutes by S-Bahn.
- Central Station (via the S3 or S31): about 15–18 minutes
- Jungfernstieg / City Center (S3 or S31): about 18–20 minutes
There are also long-distance train connections and a direct bus route to Airbus—perfect for anyone who wants to get around flexibly!
