Hey, a room is becoming available in our shared flat and we're looking for a new flatmate who fits in well with us.

We are Lukas (24), Anna (20), Mohammed (26), Luisa (20), Zlatko (29) and Carlo (25) - a colorful mix of students and professionals. In our free time, we like to do sports: we go cycling, running or swimming. When we're not out with friends, we enjoy reading or traveling.

We are looking for a friendly, open-minded person with a healthy sense of cleanliness who would like to live in a friendly shared flat. Cooking together, relaxed evenings with a glass of wine or beer and good conversation are all part of it for us. At the same time, of course, we also respect your privacy.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg-Harburg. It consists of three rooms that were freshly renovated at the end of last year.

The bright room is approx. 11 m² in size and as it is unfurnished, you can design it entirely according to your own wishes. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy seating area. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing shower and offers enough space for all your important utensils.

The all-inclusive rent already includes all utilities and internet access, so you don't have to worry about that.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg city park with its large outdoor mill pond is just a few minutes' walk away. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center right on the doorstep, make this apartment one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also within easy walking distance or can be reached by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 15-minute walk away.
From Harburg station, you can reach Hamburg city center in just a few minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are also available on the doorstep at Hamburg-Harburg station, as well as a direct bus connection to Airbus.
