Of course, it’s just as important to me that everyone has their own personal space and can take some time to themselves. 🌿

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building—on a small, quiet street, right next to the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station. 🌳 Great public transportation access, yet in a relaxed setting!

Your future room is 24 m² in size, features high-quality vinyl flooring, and is rented unfurnished—so you can decorate it exactly to your taste 🪴

In our cozy built-in kitchen, we can whip up delicious meals together. 🍝 It’s equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop & oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment ❄️, and features a small seating area where we can eat together or just relax and chat. ☕

The modern bathroom with a window features a bathtub that’s perfect for relaxing. 🛁 There’s also space for the washing machine here. 🧺

No additional utility costs!
Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—TV connection, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet) 🌐, and all utility costs.

Location

Prime location—right in the heart of Harburg! 🏙️

Your room is centrally located—just about 100 m from the Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes. Long-distance trains also depart from the nearby Hamburg-Harburg station.

Whether it’s Lüneburger Straße, Harburg Arcaden, Phoenix-Center, or the popular weekly market at Sand (Mon–Sat 8 a.m.–1:30 p.m.)—everything is just a few minutes’ walk away.
On Wednesday afternoons, there’s even a small organic weekly market 🥕 (3:00–6:30 p.m.).
