17-square-meter unfurnished room in a 4-person shared apartment in Harburg's inland port

Hi everyone!

We’re Finn (20), Matz (29), and Vaibhav (26), and we’re looking for a new roommate 🏡✨.

We all work 💼. In our free time, we enjoy doing various things like music 🎵, badminton 🏸, jogging, painting 🎨, cooking, baking, eating, reading, programming 💻, and of course telling bad jokes.

Our flat share has been in its current form for about six months, and we’re looking to live with people who aren’t just looking for a purely functional living arrangement 🙌.

We’d love to meet people who enjoy hanging out in the kitchen every now and then 🍽️, chatting, or going out on the town together 🌆.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern new building in the beautiful Harburg Inner Harbor 🏙️

Your room is approximately 17 m² and is wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the large windows 🌞. Since it is unfurnished and has a square layout, you can decorate it exactly as you like 🛋️🌿.

In the modern kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: a dishwasher 🍽️, a large fridge with a freezer compartment 🧊, an oven with a ceramic cooktop 🍕, and an exhaust hood. In the cozy sitting area, you can wind down the day with your new roommates and enjoy meals together.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms 🚿, both bright and modern, with a shower and sink—so everyone has enough space to freshen up for the day 🌸.

There are no additional utility costs. TV 📺 and internet (LAN & Wi-Fi) 🌐 are already included in the flat-rate rent.

Location

The room is located right next to downtown Harburg, in the Harburg inland port, and right on the Elbe River 🌊🏙️.

Shops and amenities for your daily needs are just around the corner 🛒. You can quickly reach downtown Harburg, where you’ll find many shops on Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden, and at the Phoenix Center 🏬.

A special highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand” 🥕🍓.

The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also nearby 🎓 and attracts many students from all over the world 🌍.

Southern Hamburg combines a central location with living close to nature 🌳. Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond, the Haake, and Meyers Park are just a few minutes away by bike or bus 🚲.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, just a few minutes’ walk from the room, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes 🚆. Long-distance train connections are also available directly at Harburg Station ✈️🚄.
