Unfurnished 16 sqm shared room in Harburg in the beautiful inland harbor

There has been almost a complete change in our shared flat, which is like a new foundation... One room is still available for 01.10. and is waiting for you.
We are Luigi remains from the old troop and gets 3 new roommates. He works and is mainly interested in music in his free time. Matz is moving in at the beginning of December and is also working. His leisure activities include weight training, bouldering, cooking, baking, eating, reading, programming and bad jokes ;-)) Student Stefanie moves in on 01.02. and is also interested in bouldering, jogging, painting and reading.

The flat share has only existed for a short time and we are looking for people who are not interested in a purpose-built flat share. People who can sit together in the kitchen or move around the house. True to the motto - everything can, nothing has to.

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a newly built apartment building in the beautiful Harburg inland harbor.
The room is approx. 16 sqm in size and wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the large windows. As it is unfurnished, you can give free rein to your ideas and furnish it according to your own wishes and needs. In the modern kitchen there is a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment and of course an oven with matching ceramic hob and extractor hood. In the cozy seating area, you can end the day with your new flatmates and eat or watch TV together.
There are two bathrooms for a fresh start to the day. They are bright and modern, with showers and washbasins.

There are no service charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

The offered room is located directly next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
