Hello dear flatshare seekers... A room becomes available in our beautiful shared flat and we are looking for you ;-)

we are Julia (20), Viola (19) and Emily (27).
We are all working or students and in our free time we like to do sports, go running or swimming, listen to music and do things with friends.
We do not want a community of purpose, but a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Another member for relaxed, funny, talkative and also somewhat adventurous shared flats. Interested parties who also feel like cooking together, drinking a wine or beer together and spending evenings together. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can, but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in beautiful Harburg inland port.
The room is about 17 square meters and wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished according to your own wishes and needs.
In the large kitchen with dishwasher and sitting area, the residents can end the day together.
Ready-made, whether for work or the evening, will be located in the bathroom with a bath or in the one with a shower.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the package rental, such as access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone.

Location

The offered room is located right next to the Harburger City, in the inner harbor of Harbug, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply facilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach this in a 10-minute walk.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. The Harburg city Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
