A room is opening up in our lovely shared apartment.

We’re Emily Sophie (31), Almut (28), and Julia (25). We’re either students or working, and we love spending our free time cooking, listening to music, or playing sports 🏋️‍♂️🎶⚽.

Movies, video games, traveling, reading, or just hanging out with friends are also among our hobbies 😄.

We also love sitting together in the kitchen, chatting a bit, and winding down the day in a relaxed way ☕🛋️.

We’re looking for friendly, open-minded people who aren’t just looking for a functional shared apartment, but prefer a genuine sense of community ❤️. A healthy sense of cleanliness would be great 🧹😉.

Privacy is also important to us, so that everyone has some time to themselves.

Room

The light-filled room is about 17 square meters, has a square layout, and is therefore super easy to furnish 🛏️. Since it’s unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly as you like—whether you prefer a cozy, minimalist, or creative style ✨.

To get ready—whether for work or a relaxing evening—you have access to two bathrooms with showers 🚿🙂.

Our built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and even a washing machine 🍽️🧺. In the sitting area, we can wind down the day together and sit comfortably ☕🛋️.

There are no additional fees—everything is already included in the flat-rate rent.

Access to TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and a phone line is also included 📺📶☎️.

Location

The apartment is located right next to downtown Harburg, in the beautiful Harburg inland harbor, directly on the Elbe 🌊🏙️.

Shops and amenities for your daily needs are conveniently located nearby 🛍️.

The easily accessible Harburg city center also offers a wide selection of shops—on Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden, and at the Phoenix Center.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the Sand🥕🍎.

The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is also not far away 🎓🌍. It has earned an excellent international reputation and attracts students from all over the world.

The southern part of the Hanseatic city perfectly combines a central location with living close to nature 🌳🏡. Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond, the Haake, or Meyers Park are just a few minutes away by bike or bus 🚴‍♂️💚.

From the Harburg-Rathaus station, just a few minutes’ walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes 🚆.

You’ll find additional long-distance train connections at the Hamburg-Harburg station.

If you feel like our shared apartment is a good fit for you, you’re between 18 and 32 years old, and you’d like to stay for at least 6 months, that’s perfect 👍🙂.

You should be moving in on your own and not bring any pets 🐾🚫.
