Unfurnished 15 sqm room in shared flat for 01.03. in Hamburg - Harburg

There's a complete change in our shared flat and it's like a new foundation. Two rooms are still available because Vera and Valentin are also moving out...

That leaves Christian, Van Ha, Leroy and Mailon (who moved in in Feb.) and Simona (who is moving in in April). A bunch of students and professionals looking for friendly and open-minded people with a healthy sense of cleanliness. We're a motley crew and so far we've all had a lot of fun living as a flat share of 7. And the new group will also come together :)
In our free time, we are all active in sports and like to go out partying. We also love cooking together in our large communal kitchen or sitting together in the evening and chatting about this and that. We are not yet a close-knit team and are looking forward to meeting someone new who also has a few hobbies and wants to discover Hamburg with us. We are always in a good mood and look forward to meeting someone new.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Harburg and extends over 2 floors.
The light-flooded room is about 15 sqm and since it is not furnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The room is located in the lower part of the apartment, where also a bathroom with a bathtub invites you to relax and get ready. In addition, the washing machine is located here. The kitchen is also located downstairs, is equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer and has a cozy sitting area.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat), included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The offered room is located directly at the Harburger-City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 5 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 500 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
