Hi there! 🌞 A room is opening up in our shared apartment, and maybe we’re looking for YOU!

We’re Mansurzhon (22), Nelly (27) (starting August 1), and Michelle (24)—we all work—and in our free time, we like to stay active: whether it’s jogging, bouldering, or hitting the gym, we love to keep moving.
In the evenings, we enjoy cooking together 🍝, reading 📚, or even playing video games 🎮.

We’re looking for an open-minded, friendly person who’s interested in relaxed communal living—and who has a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧽.

🏡 The apartment where the room is located has a total of 4 rooms and is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building ✨

The bright and airy room will be available starting September 1 and, at about 14 square meters, offers plenty of space to make yourself at home 😊

Since the room is unfurnished, you can decorate it exactly the way you want 🛏️
Whether you want a cozy sleeping area, a home office, or a little oasis of relaxation—there are no limits to your creativity ✨

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy seating area ☕
From there, you also have direct access to the balcony ☀️

The spacious bathroom has room for a washing machine, shower, and bathtub 🚿 and is the perfect place to unwind 😊

Location

Prime location in Harburg—your new room is waiting! 🏡

This room is centrally located in downtown Harburg—with great public transportation access and surrounded by everything you need.

Shops and convenience stores for your daily needs are right around the corner. In just a few minutes, you can reach downtown Harburg with its numerous stores, cafés, and restaurants—for example, on Lüneburger Straße, at the Harburg Arcaden, or at the Phoenix Center.

A particular highlight: the Harburg weekly market on the “Sand,” open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There’s also a small organic weekly market on Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM—both just a 3-minute walk away! 🌿

Transportation connections are also excellent: From the Harburg-Rathaus train station (just 100 meters away), the S-Bahn (S3/S31) takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes. For longer trips, the Hamburg-Harburg long-distance train station is also available. 🚆
