We’re looking for friendly roommates to join our new shared apartment and help create a relaxed and harmonious home together.

Since this is a brand-new shared apartment, you’ll have the chance to help shape life here from the very beginning—whether it’s cooking together 🍝, game nights, working out 🏃‍♀️, or just having nice conversations in everyday life.

It’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and that treating each other with respect is a given.

We’re looking for open-minded, reliable people who enjoy friendly interactions and value cleanliness and consideration 🧽.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming, historic apartment building in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg 🏡✨

This is a 4-person shared apartment with rooms featuring beautiful hardwood floors. Since the rooms are unfurnished, you can decorate them exactly according to your own tastes and needs 🛋️

Room 1 = 11.5 square meters and €639
Room 2 = 16 sqm and €679
Room 3 = 11.5 sqm and €659 with a balcony
Room 4 = 12.5 sqm and €669 with a balcony

The cozy, classic-style kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and even a small seating area for shared meals 🍽️

The bathroom with a window invites you to relax in the bathtub 🛁. And just in case, there’s an additional guest restroom in the 4-person shared apartment 🚻. The washing machine will also have its place in the bathroom.

Utility bills? No stress! 💡💧 They’re already included in the flat-rate rent—just like TV and internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 📶
