4er WG is looking for two new roommates :) WG-room Unfurnished apartment, great view over Hamburg

Hi there is a room available in our beautiful 4-room shared flat. We are Tim (21), Henrike (22) and Simon (19) and we are looking for a new roommate. We would be delighted to have a personable and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Dishwasher and washing machine are of course available ;)
In our free time, we all like to do sports. Celebrate or travel. But we also like to chill out and sit together in the kitchen :)

Room

Our WG is mixed half of the new, so to speak, and we are already looking forward to the new constellation :) The apartment is pretty cut exceptionally, so it is perfect as a WG. The room has approx. 17qm and is Unfurnished. It is very bright and have large Windows.

Each room, as all the other areas of the apartment, newly renovated, these include:
Floor re-routed / sanded and sealed
- New walls papered
- A completely new bathroom (shower, new Flow, new fixtures, new sink/toilet).
- New Kitchen
- New Electrical System
Network, telephone and TV connections in each of the rooms, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

In addition to costs incurred and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and phone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

The offered room is located right next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of shops and services in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.

From the station Harburg-Rathaus, a few meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) goes to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
