Flat share for 4 looking for two new roommates :) unfurnished room in shared flat, new building, great view over Hamburg

Hello dear seekers. A room is becoming available in our lovely 4-person shared flat because Tobias is moving out.

We are Julius (28), Luis (24) and Tim (25). We are a bunch of students and employees and would be happy to have a friendly and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we enjoy sports, music, reading books, partying and traveling. We also like to sit together in the kitchen in the evening :)

Room

Half of our flat share is being remixed, so to speak, and we are already looking forward to the new constellation :) The apartment has a rather unusual layout, making it perfect for sharing. The room is about 17 square meters and is unfurnished. It is very bright and has a large window.

Each room, like all other areas of the apartment, have been freshly renovated, including:
- Floors newly laid / sanded and sealed
- Walls newly papered
- Completely new bathroom (shower, new tiles, new fittings, new washbasin/WC).
- New kitchen
- New electrics
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as WLAN in the entire apartment.

There are no additional costs and these are included in the flat-rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate) is also included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The room on offer is located right next to Harburger-City, in Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 10-minute walk away.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, just a few meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes you to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
