Hi we are Lea (22) Pharmaceutical commercial employee, Fabian (20) student, Anna-Lena (21) specialist, Skade (18) student with part - time job and Kira (19) trainee in gardening and landscaping. We are looking for a new roommate and would appreciate a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness (dishwasher available). We are a mixed bunch and so far, life as a 7er WG has been a lot of fun for everyone. In our free time we are all active in sports (football, basketball, surfing, climbing, diving) and also like to party. We also like to cook together in our large communal kitchen or sit together in the evening and chat about this and that. We are not a committed team and are looking forward to someone new who also brings a few hobbies and wants to discover Hamburg together with us. We always have a good mood and like harmony:) To maintain the beautiful WG life, we would be happy if you would stay at least 6 months. The room offered in this ad has about 15 sqm and is unfurnished. So you can set it up according to your own wishes and needs. The bright and light-filled room offers many different ways to create a cozy kingdom. There are no limits to your imagination.

The WG extends over 2 floors and is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor (without slopes) of an apartment building.

The 7 rooms as well as the large common room with integrated kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were extensively renovated at the beginning of 2016.
Everything was completely replaced (bathroom, kitchen, electrics, floor ...) thus, the apartment is in great condition.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, as well as TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.
