We are Malte (20), Esther (20) and Livia (19) and are looking for someone who wants a cozy but active flat share! In our free time, we often play basketball, enjoy being out and about in nature and like to get inspired for creative projects. We also love to cook and enjoy sitting together afterwards, chatting or watching a movie.

We don't want to create a functional flat share, but a home where we can exchange ideas, have fun together and enjoy our own space at the same time. So if you're also interested in cooking together, doing sports or simply having a cozy evening, then you've come to the right place! We look forward to getting to know you and perhaps starting a new adventure together in Hamburg soon.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Albau apartment building.
The beautiful floorboards throughout the apartment provide a special flair. As the rooms are unfurnished, they can be furnished and decorated according to your own wishes and needs. In the communal kitchen you will find a cozy seating area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center is a great place to store. The shopping center offers many shopping opportunities, as well as doctors and restaurants. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the local recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite you to go for walks, bike tours and other leisure activities as well as swimming and boating in the summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and can be reached on foot.

Hamburg main station (Hbf) with the S3 or S31 in approx. 20 minutes
Jungfernstieg with the S3 or S31 in approx. 30 minutes
Reeperbahn with S3 or S31 also in approx. 30 minutes
