We are Christian (24), Tomislav (21) and Leroy (24)

In our free time we are all active in sports. We like to go to the gym, meet up with friends and explore Hamburg. We like to spend the evening together in our kitchen :) We are looking for a nice, outgoing person who is interested in an active shared flat. We are absolutely not a functional flat share and attach great importance to a nice life together.

Room

The flat share extends over 2 floors and is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor (without slopes) of an apartment building, which is located in a quiet street in the heart of Harburg.

The room offered in this advertisement has approx. 18 square meters of living space and is unfurnished. You can furnish it according to your own wishes and needs. The bright and light-flooded room offers many different possibilities to create a cozy realm. There are no limits to your imagination here.
The kitchen is located in the lower part of the apartment and is equipped with an oven with matching ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a large side-by-side fridge. A cozy seating area is available for communal evenings. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower and invite you to freshen up for the day.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as are TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center.
