A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us.
We are Lars, Tyra and Marie, all working or studying and in our free time we like to go hiking, play tennis and volleyball or go to the gym, ride our bikes and play or watch soccer when we are not jogging, surfing, bouldering or doing capoeira. We like board games, producing and listening to music, playing the piano and we also enjoy traveling the world. We also enjoy reading books, cooking delicious food or baking.
We are looking for another open-minded, likeable person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and fits in well with our young flat share ;-)

Room

The apartment was renovated in February this year and newly established as a WG. It is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building centrally in Hamburg Harburg.
The room has a total living area of 23 sqm and is divided into two parts. Thus, a bedroom and living area or a separate study can be created entirely according to your own wishes. There are hardly any limits to the furnishing ideas and possibilities here, as it is unfurnished and can be designed accordingly.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, as well as a large refrigerator including freezer and has a cozy sitting area. From here, all residents can also access the balcony, which invites you to sit together.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. For needed utensils there is a shelf at the sink. In addition, the washing machine has its place here.

Service charges do not apply and are included in the flat rate rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach this in 3 minutes on foot.

From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
