A room is becoming available in our shared flat - and we're looking forward to welcoming a new person! 🏡✨

We are Lucie (21), Tyra (22) and Marie (21). We work or study and like to spend our free time actively: hiking, playing tennis and volleyball, fitness, cycling, watching soccer or kicking a ball ourselves ⚽, jogging, surfing, bouldering or capoeira - there's always something going on with us 🏄‍♀️🧗‍♀️💪.

We also love board games 🎲, listening to music and are passionate about exploring the world 🌍.

A good book, cooking or baking together are also great moments for us in our shared flat 🍝🧁.

We are looking for an open and friendly person who fits in well with our young flat share and has a healthy sense of cleanliness ✨.

Room

The approx. 100 sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building - directly at the Harburg Rathaus stop 🚆.

The bright room is about 20 m² in size, has high-quality vinyl flooring and is unfurnished, so you can design it entirely according to your own ideas ✨. Thanks to the practical, rectangular layout, there are virtually no limits to your creativity.

The modern fitted kitchen offers everything your heart desires: dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, matching extractor hood and a large fridge with freezer compartment 🍽️. You can eat or relax together in the cozy seating area - and from here you can access the balcony, which can of course be used by all flatmates.

The bathroom invites you to relax with its bathtub 🛁, also has a shower and space for the washing machine. The hallway and kitchen are tiled in a modern style, giving them a particularly neat appearance ✨.

There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent 😊. TV, internet (WiFi) and telephone including landline flat rate are also available at no extra cost 📶📺.

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center 🏙️.

Shopping facilities and everything you need for your daily needs are just a few steps away 🛒. The easily accessible Harburg city center offers numerous stores - whether in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden or the Phoenix-Center, there is something for everyone 🛍️.

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the sand 🌽🥕. It is open Mondays to Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:30 and invites you to take a leisurely stroll. On Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30, the eco weekly market also opens its doors - also just a 3-minute walk from your room 🌿.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, just 100 meters away, the S3 and S31 S-Bahn trains take you directly to Hamburg Central Station in around 15 minutes 🚆.

Long-distance train connections are also available at Hamburg Harburg station - perfect for longer journeys or weekend trips ✈️🌍.

If you feel that our shared flat suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to stay for at least 6 months, we would love to hear from you 😊.

It is also important that you move in alone and do not bring any pets 🐾❌.
