A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us.
We are Lars, Tyra and Marie, all working or studying and in our free time we like to go hiking, play tennis and volleyball or go to the gym, ride our bikes and play or watch soccer when we are not jogging, surfing, bouldering or doing capoeira. We like board games, producing and listening to music, playing the piano and we also enjoy traveling the world. We also enjoy reading books, cooking delicious food or baking.
We are looking for another open-minded, likeable person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness and fits in well with our young flat share ;-)

Room

We found, quite spontaneously, a new 4-person WG in the super beautiful Hamburg Harburg.

The approx. 100 sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building.
It has 4 rooms, which have been freshly renovated. The WG gets a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. From here also goes off the balcony, which can be used by all WG residents. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub, has an additional shower and space for the washing machine. The hallway and the kitchen are modern tiled. The rooms are laid out with high-quality vinyl.
All light-flooded rooms are cut beautifully advantageous and have with approx. 23 square meters for 649, - rent, 20 square meters for 629, - rent, 22 square meters for 639, - rent and 10 square meters for 599, - rent, wonderful dimensions to set up. This can be done in all rooms, according to your own wishes and needs, since they are all unfurnished.

Service charges do not apply and are settled with the flat rate rent. Likewise, access to TV, Internet (WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) is included in the flat-rate rent.

The offered room is located directly in the Harburg City.
Shopping and supply possibilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The quickly accessible Harburg city center also offers a variety of stores and supply options in the Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. From Harburg-Rathaus train station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
