The approximately 100 sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building.
It has 4 rooms that have been newly renovated. The shared flat has a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a comfortable seating area. The balcony also opens from here, which can be used by all shared flat residents. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the tub, has an additional shower and space for the washing machine. The hallway and the kitchen are modernly tiled. The rooms are laid out with high-quality vinyl.
All light-flooded rooms are beautifully advantageously cut and have wonderful dimensions to set up with about 23 sqm for 649,- rent, 20 sqm for 629,- rent, 22 sqm for 639,- rent and 10 sqm for 599,- rent. This can be done for all rooms, according to your own wishes and needs, as they are all unfurnished.

Shopping and supply facilities for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
