We’re setting up a brand-new shared apartment, and we’re looking for friendly roommates who want to work together to create a beautiful and cozy home. ✨

It’s important to us that this isn’t just a functional living arrangement. We’re looking for a relaxed, open, and warm living environment where people enjoy meeting up in the kitchen, cooking together 🍝, spending a cozy evening on the couch 🛋️, or even going out and doing things together. 🎶

For us, a certain sense of cleanliness and order is part of living together. Of course, it doesn’t have to be clinically clean—we simply hope that everyone does their part and treats each other with respect. 🧹

Our modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building and is, of course, easily accessible by elevator. 🛗 From up here, you’ll enjoy a great view of the city—a lovely place to unwind after a long day. 🏡

The kitchen has a classic, cozy design and offers everything you need for everyday life. 😊

A total of four shared apartment rooms are available. All rooms are rented unfurnished. 🪴 This means you can furnish your new room exactly as you like and give it your own personal touch. ✨

Especially convenient: heating, electricity, and water are already included in the flat-rate rent. 💰 There are no additional costs for these.
You also don’t have to worry about fast internet. 📶 High-speed internet, as well as access to the network and Wi-Fi, are already included. 🙌
