The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming old apartment building in Harburg-Wilstorf 🏡✨

The room is approx. 10 sqm and can be furnished 🛏️ or unfurnished 🪑 - just as you like! The large windows let in plenty of natural light 🌞 and, together with the beautiful floorboards, create a really cozy old building flair 😍 With a little creativity, you can create a great living and sleeping area with a small work corner 💡🧘‍♀️💻

The kitchen is modern 🍽️ and has a large fridge with freezer compartment 🧊, a dishwasher 🧼 and a washing machine 🌀. The cozy seating area is a wonderful place to eat together, chat or simply enjoy the evening 🥘🗨️🍷

The bathroom invites you to relax with a bathtub 🛁😌 - perfect for quiet moments. There is also a separate guest WC 🚽👍

Additional costs? There's none! 😄 Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent - including TV 📺, Internet (WLAN & network) 🌐 and a good mood! 🎉
