mein Name ist Mamun (31). Ich suche ab sofort drei neue Mitbewohner für die WG. Meine Freizeit nutze ich gerne um Filme/Serien zu schauen, oder Sport zu machen. des Weiteren bin ich bereits berufstätig und erkunde nach der Arbeit auch gerne noch Hamburg.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an old apartment building in Harburg Wilstorf.

The rooms are between 10 and 17 square meters in size and are both furnished and unfurnished. The large windows bring a lot of light into the room and, together with the floorboards, create a beautiful flair. With a little skill, a living room and bedroom with a small work area can be created here.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a large fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. In the cozy sitting area you can ring in the evening or end the working day.
The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the bathtub. There is also a guest WC.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center is a great place to store. The shopping center offers many shopping opportunities, as well as doctors and restaurants. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the local recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite you to go for walks, bike tours and other leisure activities as well as swimming and boating in the summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
Reeseberg is a quiet residential street at its top, with good bus connections. The 141 and 443 buses stop here and arrive at Harburg station in 14 minutes. There are further bus connections there, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg main station in 15 minutes. Hamburg city center can therefore be reached in around 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg - Harburg station.
