This 114-square-meter apartment is located on the 5th floor—with an elevator, of course—right in the heart of the beautiful Harburg Inner Harbor 🌊.

The room is approximately 17 square meters and, thanks to the large windows, is wonderfully flooded with light 🌞. Since it’s unfurnished and has a square layout, you can design it exactly as you wish 🛋️.

In the spacious kitchen 🍳, equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy seating area, you can unwind together at the end of the day.

Get ready—whether for work 💻 or the evening—in one of the two bathrooms 🚿.
