Room

The apartment is 95 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building—quietly situated on a play street in Hamburg-Harburg.

The 17 sqm room has beautiful real wood flooring and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished according to your own wishes and needs. The special feature of this room is that it has access to the balcony, perfect for ending the day relaxed in the fresh air. 🌅

The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area – perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the balcony, which is connected to Room 1.

In the bathroom, you will find a bathtub and enough space for all your toiletries. And best of all: there are no additional costs! Internet (network + WiFi) are already included in the flat rent – everything is easy and stress-free!

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The connection to public transport 🚆 is great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to switch off 🌿, you're also quickly in the countryside: "Meyers Park" is just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.
