It's important to us that we don't want a functional shared flat, but a friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🫶 We're looking for lovely people who are open-minded, get on well together and have a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

The apartment is 95 square meters in total and is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building - quietly located in a play street in Hamburg-Harburg 🚸🌳.

This is a 4-person shared flat with rooms with beautiful real wood floorboards and - as it is unfurnished - can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes and needs 🛋️

Room 1 = 17sqm = 679 EUR
Room 2 = 18sqm = 679 EUR
Room 3 = 21sqm = 679 EUR
Room 4 = 15sqm = 649 EUR

Room 1 offers direct access to a spacious balcony - perfect for relaxing in the fresh air at the end of the day. 🌅
Room 2 even has its own separate balcony - the ideal retreat for quiet hours and short breaks from everyday life. 🌿💛

The modern fitted kitchen 🍽️ is equipped with a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy seating area - perfect for shared meals or relaxed conversations ☕🍝.

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub and enough space for all your toiletries 🧴🪥

The apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Harburg - in a particularly beautiful location, very close to the center and the TUHH, which you can easily reach on foot 👟.

The connection to public transport 🚆 is great, and everything you need for everyday life is just around the corner: bakery, pharmacy, doctors, banks - everything is there! For your next shopping trip, the Phoenix Center 🛍️ in Harburg is waiting for you!

If you want to switch off 🌿, you're also quickly in the countryside: "Meyers Park" is just a few minutes' walk away - perfect for taking a deep breath. You can also quickly reach the "Schwarze Bergen" or the "Haake" by car.

The Hamburg-Heimfeld S-Bahn station 🚉 is also just a few minutes' walk away - and from there you can be in the heart of Hamburg city center in no time at all 🌆!
