Nizar does not want a community of convenience, but a nice cohabitation with a new person who is a good fit, sympathetic, open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. He is employed and interested in fitness, painting and cooking.
The atmosphere is casual, the motto is "anything goes but nothing has to". Privacy is writ large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves once in a while.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street, about 7 minutes walk from the Harburg train station.
The room is about 13 sqm and can, since it is unfurnished, be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. Since the previous tenant has already moved out, the room can be rented immediately.
The kitchen in classic style in light gray / white, is equipped with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower corner and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as well as the access to the Internet.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
