A room will soon be available in our cozy shared apartment – and we are looking for YOU as our new roommate! 🏠✨ We are Léon (20), Lea (26), Joel (25), Adam (24), Mia (19), and Frederike (23) – a cheerful mix of working professionals and students. There's always something going on with us: whether it's swimming, soccer, the gym, or creative hobbies like drawing and sewing – it never gets boring 🎨⚽🏊‍♀️💪

We love doing things together – whether it's an evening at the bar, a trip to the movies, a relaxed visit to a café, or simply planning our next travel destination ✈️🍿☕🌍 What's important to us? We're not looking for a functional flat share – but someone who wants to be part of a friendly community 🤗🫶

🏠 The apartment in which your new room is located is 140 m² in size and is on the 2nd floor of a charming old apartment building in Hamburg Harburg 🏙️✨.

Your future room is approx. 13 m² in size, has beautiful floorboards 🌿 and is unfurnished - so you can furnish it entirely to your taste 🪴🛋️. Whether minimalist, creative or super cozy - anything is possible! 🖼️

👩‍🍳 Our classic-style kitchen is equipped with everything a chef's heart desires: ceramic hob with extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment ❄️ and dishwasher 🧼. Perfect for relaxed and delicious cooking - whether alone or together!

🚿🚽 A real highlight: in addition to the bathroom with bathtub 🛁, there is also a guest WC with shower - so there's guaranteed to be no traffic jams in the morning 😄👍

A cozy seating area with TV 📺 awaits you in the hallway - ideal for chilling out together in the evening, chatting or watching a movie 🍿🛋️.

Our shared flat is located in the beautiful Hamburg-Harburg district 🏙️🌳
Everything you need for your daily needs - whether supermarket, drugstore or bakery - can be found just around the corner 🛒🥐

Harburg city center is also easy to reach and invites you to stroll around with numerous stores, cafés and shopping opportunities in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center 🛍️☕👟

A real highlight is the Harburg weekly market on the sand 🥕🍎

The bus stop is just a few steps away 🚶‍♀️🚏 - the bus leaves every 6 minutes and takes you to Harburg station in just 10 minutes. From there, you can take the S-Bahn (S3/S31) to Hamburg Central Station in around 12 minutes 🚆💨

Heimfeld station and the TUHH can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes 🎓👣
For those who like to travel: Long-distance trains also stop at Hamburg-Harburg station - perfect for traveling or visiting home ✈️🧳
