We are starting a new flat share for 4 people.

Michelle (25) has already been confirmed as a resident, all other 3 rooms are only available (1x furnished, 2x unfurnished).

As you are all moving in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We would like it not to be a purposeful shared flat, but to find nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The 4-room apartment in which the room on offer is located is on the 1st floor of an old apartment building in Hamburg Harburg.

The rooms are divided as follows:

Room 1: 11sqm: 599€
Room 2: 21sqm: 629€
Room 3: 20sqm: 629€
Room 4: 17sqm: 609€

The apartment is newly renovated and has a brand new fitted kitchen. In the communal kitchen you will find a cozy seating area, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room also has a window and is therefore also bright and friendly. The shared flat also has a guest WC.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, internet (network and WiFi) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center is a great place to store. The shopping center offers many shopping opportunities, as well as doctors and restaurants. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the local recreation areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite you to go for walks, bike tours and other leisure activities as well as swimming and pedal boating in the summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.

Reeseberg is a quiet residential street at its top, with good bus connections. The 141 and 443 buses stop here and arrive at Harburg station in 14 minutes. There are further bus connections there, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg main station in 15 minutes. Hamburg city center can therefore be reached in around 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg - Harburg station.
