We are Zefanya (24), Kaspar (22) and Mamun (28) and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us. You should be nice, sympathetic and have a healthy sense for cleanliness. Besides our professions, we are into photography, listening to music or singing, reading one or the other book, watching movies, sometimes cooking together in our kitchen, painting/drawing or meeting with friends. In the field of sports we are interested in soccer and basketball.
We just moved in together at the end of last year and since then we live according to the motto - Everything can, nothing must ;-)

Room

The apartment was freshly renovated at the end of last year and is located on the first floor of an old apartment building in Harburg Wilstorf.

The room is about 10 square meters and is rented furnished. Since it is equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk, coat hooks, mirror and lights, you can live directly after unpacking your suitcase. The floor to ceiling window, lets plenty of light into the room and shows off the beautiful plank flooring.
The kitchen is modernly equipped, with large refrigerator including large freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. In the cozy sitting area you can ring in the WG evening or let it end.
The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing bath in the bathtub. In addition, a guest toilet is available.

There are no additional costs. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the flat rate rent.

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Phoenix Center invites you to store. The shopping center offers many shopping possibilities, as well as doctors and gastronomy. At the foot of the Reeseberg are the recreational areas "Außenmühlenteich" and the "Harburger Stadtpark", which invite to walks, bicycle tours and other leisure activities, as well as swimming and pedal boating in summer.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
At its peak, Reeseberg is a quiet residential street, with good bus connections. Buses 141 and 443 stop there, arriving at Harburg train station in 14 minutes. There are other bus connections, as well as the S-Bahn, which takes you to Hamburg Hbf in 15 minutes. The city of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
