I'm Oleksii (22), I work in IT and in my free time you can usually find me at the gym, reading, listening to music or working on my own IT projects. Two rooms in our shared flat are now available and we are looking for new flatmates who are not just looking for a room, but a real home.

It's important to me that we're not a partnership of convenience, but a friendly, open community where you can cook together, chat or simply spend time together - without any pressure. At the same time, everyone should have their own space and a healthy sense of cleanliness would be great so that everyone feels comfortable.

Room

The room on offer is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building.
It is 17 square meters in size and wonderfully light-flooded and bright thanks to the large window. Thanks to the advantageous layout, it can be used as a living, sleeping or working area. It also has stucco and a beautiful plank floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cozy seating area. The bathroom is modern and practical with a shower and washbasin to freshen up for the day.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is internet access.

Location

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 5-minute walk away.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 400 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You will also be moving into your room alone and have no pets.
