Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in central Harburg, just 400 meters from the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station 🚆.

The light-filled room is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows 🌞 and measures approximately 17 square meters. It can be furnished to your own taste, as it is being rented unfurnished. It also features charming stucco decorations and beautiful hardwood floors ✨.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need 🍳 and has a cozy sitting area that’s perfect for spending evenings together. The bathroom has a shower 🚿 and plenty of space for your essentials.

You don’t have to worry about utility costs 💪. They are included in the flat-rate rent, just like internet access 📶.

Location

The room is located directly in Harburg city center and offers you a perfect mix of urban life and good connections. Shopping facilities 🛒 for your daily needs are just around the corner. There is a large selection of stores 🛍️, cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍽️ in the nearby Harburg city center - especially in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center.

✨ Highlight: The popular Harburg weekly market on the sand 🌿 offers fresh food and regional products from Monday to Saturday (08:00 - 13:30). The organic weekly market also takes place on Wednesdays from 15:00 - 18:30 - just a 5-minute walk away!

🚆 Perfect connections:
The Harburg-Rathaus S-Bahn station is only 400 meters away, from there the S3/S31 takes you directly to Hamburg Central Station 🏙️ in about 15 minutes. Hamburg-Harburg station with long-distance train connections 🚄 is also within easy reach - perfect for commuters or spontaneous trips! 🚀
