18 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.02. in Hamburg Harburg directly at the S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus and the TUHH

Hey everyone,
we are Hannah (20) and Mareike (22). We are looking for a new person for our shared flat. Unfortunately Maya has to leave us.

In our free time we like to do sports, cook or bake, visit flea markets or concerts :) We also like to explore Hamburg and go on spontaneous trips :)

Room

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building in a small street, directly at the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station.

The room is 18 square meters in size and has high-quality vinyl flooring. The room is unfurnished and can be arranged as you wish. Thanks to the practical layout, it can be used as a bedroom, living room or workspace.

The fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals together. It is also equipped with a ceramic hob with matching oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment and a cozy seating area where you future residents can eat or chat together. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax. The washing machine also has its place here.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN)

The room on offer is located directly in Harburg city center.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 3-minute walk away.
The TUHH is theoretically also just around the corner and can be reached in a few minutes on foot or you can take the S-Bahn to Heimfeld.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, 100 meters from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station, and the room on offer is located directly in Harburg-City.
