In our beautiful shared apartment a room becomes free and we are looking for you...

We are Hasan (24), Julius (22) and Philipp (29). We study or go after our profession and are interested, in our spare time, for climbing and hiking, handball, music or watch soccer. Movies, video games, traveling or just being with friends is also on our list ;-) Otherwise we also like to sit together in the kitchen and let the day end. We are looking forward to nice open-minded people who are not interested in a zweck WG but in living together and who bring along a healthy sense for cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is written large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for themselves.

Room

The apartment of approx. 140 sqm is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, with elevator in the Harburger Binnenhafen.

The light-flooded room is about 17 sqm large and advantageously square cut, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. Getting ready, whether for work or the evening, is done in one of the two bathrooms with shower. Our fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and the washing machine. In addition, we have here our sitting area, where we can end the day together and sit together.

Service charges are not incurred and are included in the all-inclusive rent. Likewise, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone is included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is located next to the Harburger-City, in the Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply possibilities for the daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Harburg's city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcaden and in the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 18:30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes on foot.
The Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world.
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes about 15 minutes to Hamburg's main station.
Long-distance train connections are available, at the station, Hamburg Harburg.
