a room is becoming available in our beautiful shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Hasan (27), Julius (25) and Kiril (20). We are studying or working and in our free time we are interested in handball, music, watching soccer or going to the gym. Movies, video games, traveling, reading or simply being out with friends are also on our list ;-) We also like to sit together in the kitchen and end the day. We are looking for nice, open-minded people who are not interested in a flat share but in living together and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "anything goes but nothing is a must". Privacy is also very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in the beautiful Harburg inland port. It has 4 rooms spread over 114 sqm and has been freshly renovated. The common rooms were furnished and equipped by us (including washing machine and refrigerator).
All 4 light-flooded rooms are pretty much identical and square cut. With 16 and 17 square meters they have wonderful dimensions to furnish themselves. This can be done entirely according to your own wishes and needs, as they are unfurnished. The monthly rent is 499, - Euro and still all are available.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the flat rent, as well as the access to the Internet.

Location

The apartment is located next to Harburger-City, in Harbuger Binnenhafen, directly on the Elbe.
You will find shopping and supply options for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity.
Harburg city center, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of stores and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, the Harburg Arcaden and the Phoenix-Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' (open Mondays to Saturdays from 08.00 to 13.30) also has a special charm. In addition, the weekly organic market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. This is also just a 10-minute walk away.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as Meyers Park, can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus station, just a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) takes you to Hamburg Central Station in around 15 minutes.
Long-distance train connections are available at Hamburg Harburg station.
