Hello dear seekers... We set up another WG... Since everyone is moving in at the same time, you have the chance to start a new shared flat life :) Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness. Of course, washing machine and dishwasher are available.

Maybe you will also bring someone directly with you who still wants to move in, no problem at all ;-)

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, in the beautiful Harburg inland port. It has 4 rooms, which are spread over 114 square meters and have been freshly renovated. The common areas were furnished and equipped by us (incl. Washing machine and refrigerator).
All 4 light-flooded rooms are quite identical and square cut. With 16 and 17 sqm you have wonderful dimensions to set up. This can be done entirely according to your own wishes and needs, since they are unfurnished. The monthly rent is 499, - Euro and all are still available.

You don't have to worry about the additional costs. They are included in the package rental, as well as access to the Internet.

Location

The apartment is located next to the Harburger City, in the Harbuger inland port, directly on the Elbe.
Shopping and supply options for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The city center of Harburg, which can be reached quickly, also offers a variety of shops and supply options in Lüneburger Straße, in the Harburg Arcades and in the Phoenix Center. The Harburg weekly market on the 'Sand' also has a special charm (open Monday to Saturday from 08.00 to 13.30). In addition, the eco-weekly market opens its doors on Wednesdays from 15.00 to 18.30. You can also reach it in 10 minutes.
The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has meanwhile gained an excellent international reputation and attracts many students from all over the world
The south of the Hanseatic city skilfully combines a central location with natural living. The Harburg City park with its large outdoor mill pond or the Haake, as well as the Meyers Park can be reached in a few minutes by bike or bus.

From Harburg-Rathaus Station, a few minutes' walk from your room, the S-Bahn (S 3/S 31) runs to Hamburg Central Station in about 15 minutes.
