Our roommate, Vanessa, is moving out and we are looking for a new person who would like to move in with us. That leaves Marvin, Mara and Peer. We are a bunch of students and trainees and are looking for someone with a healthy sense of cleanliness and an interest in a nice shared flat.

We are interested in dancing, jogging, climbing, sailing, cycling and skiing. Reading a book or two, listening to music, cooking, technology and computer games are also on the agenda. Apart from that, we just like to go out with our friends.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Harburg and was freshly renovated in July 23.
The room is furnished and approx. 8 sqm in size. The furnishings include a bed, closet, desk, lamps and a mirror and storage space in the form of small shelves. All you have to do is unpack your suitcase and get settled in. You will need to provide bedding and bed linen.
In the new fitted kitchen in modern gray, there is an oven with ceramic hob and matching extractor hood, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment.
The new bathroom is bright, modern and practical thanks to the window, with a shower and washbasin to freshen up for the day.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The south of the Hanseatic city cleverly combines a central location with living close to nature. The Harburg City Park with its large outdoor mill pond can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A wide range of gastronomy and culture, as well as the Phoenix Center directly in front of the door, make this Wg-room one of the most central in Harburg. Of course, doctors are also easily reached on foot or by public transport. The Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) is also not far away and has now gained an excellent international reputation, attracting many students from all over the world. From the Harburg train station, you can reach Hamburg's city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. Long-distance train connections are available at the station, Hamburg - Harburg.
